Posted by: Bruce (2008-08-19 09:11:28)For the hp 4600 cartridge, I got a supplies error code: 10.00.01. Where can I get detailed instruction how to replace the OEM chip with yours? How to do 1) the manual reset procedures and 2) for the replacement chip as well?

A: Please read carefully the warning above. It says:
This refillable HP 02 cartridge doesn't work with Photosmart C6000 and C7000 series printers.
This cartridge doesn't require any chips. It will not work properly because the architectures of HP 02 and Photosmart C6000, C7000 are different.

No, this toner-chip is designed to reset 2500 / 2530 / 2550 series only.

I was spending so much money buying ink. I felt that the cartridges were not being filled all the way. So I decided to try to find another source. I looked on the internet and found you. I ordered your cartridge it was 25 mils just like the Costco one. I kept waiting for your cartridge to run out of ink. It lasted twice maybe three times longer. If I could prove it I would sue Costco or the supplier for cheating the consumer. I just don't have the proof. I can't tell you how much money I spend on their half filled cartridges. Anyway I am very pleased with your product and service and will continue to buy your products as needed.
